Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by a leading provider of infrastructure-based Telecommunications and Information Technology services to recruit a Client Support Manager for its operations.

Job description
The candidate will be responsible for managing sales and relationships with key corporate companies. He/She will report to the Executive Director.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this office shall include but is not limited to the following:
  • Maintain an updated database of all assigned customers(i.e. customer information, value, growth trends, innovations)
  • Ensure optimisation of customer relationship management in the Key accounts channel
  • Regular visit to the clients to maintain full awareness of the infrastructure status and be proactive in resolving problems
  • Increasing the Customer base of the company in line with the objectives assigned
  • Maintain long-term profitable relationship with customer base
  • Should be able to understand the clients current structure to enable position the company’s solutions accordingly
  • Ensure continued revenue growth & customer retention
  • Achieve & exceed designated revenue targets, build pipeline through constant engagement of customers and develop as well as strengthen the sales funnel.

Qualifications and Experience
  • B.Sc. in Sales, marketing or any I.T related course
  • Not less than 10 years work experience
  • Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills
  • Experience in CRM/ERP/ISP Sales would be an added advantage.
  • Should be from a Solution Selling background
  • A thorough understanding of Sales Process, relationship management and the ability to draft Proposals
  • A pleasing personality with the ability and drive to have the objectives completed.
  • Should be Self-motivated
  • Experience of contract management
  • Leadership skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Team oriented and outgoing
