We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Hosting Operation Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description as Follow
- Maintain relationship with key customers, identify requirements, communicate with Product / R&D team and put final agreement into implementation
- Liaise and align with customers for potential software customization and related topics
- Analyze key business data and derive insights for curtail business decisions
- Conduct analysis on new markets and products, focus on customers’ requirements
- Support in Sales governance, provide analysis on sales performance
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral English in business environment
- Good academic background, with outstanding inter-personal skills
- Outstanding quantitative analysis skills, sensitive to numbers
- Experienced in market analysis and Internet product investigation
- 1-3 years working experience, working in Key Accounts Management, key customer service, BD, market research / consulting as a plus, TMT background preferred
