Job Title: Chef

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Diploma or equivalent in Catering Management.
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience with a demonstrated culinary expertise.
- Must be an excellent, experienced and highly talented Chef.
- Must be hardworking, organized, creative and passionate about food preparation and service.
- Must be compliant with highest standards of hygiene during food preparation and be committed to applying them at all times.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail oriented, excellent physical condition and stamina.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
