Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Lagos
Overview
- The dispatch rider is responsible for delivering our products to the customer.
- He/She is expected to exhibit excellent customer service and be the face of the company while at it.
- The dispatch will carry out other functions as assigned by the manager.
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering packages to the customers
- Ensures the delivery is delivered on time.
- Get feedback from customers on areas of improvement.
- Maintain and service the bike when needed.
- Meet daily delivery goals.
Requirements
Minimum Certifications/Educational level:
- Minimum of SSCE
- Relevant licenses required to ply the roads in Lagos.
- Vast knowledge of Lagos road networks
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
- Good customer service skills
- Product and job knowledge
- Good people skills
- Highly organized and motivated
- Excellent on the bike
- Good knowledge of Lagos routes.
- Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends on rotational basis
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 13kg
- All Applicants must be resident in Lagos
