- Develop and inmplement continuous professional development activities and external relations work
- To facilitate the growth of the business school
- Develop training plans to educate and motivate employees across the group to perform at their most profitable level
- Develop strategic plan for future development of Harmony Business School
- Hiring of instructors, conducting workshops and competitor’s analysis
- Collaborate with top notch business training institutions across the globe
Qualification / Experience
- B.Sc/BA in Human Resources Management, Quality Assurance, Business Administration
- Minimum of 10 years’ cognate experience in a training consulting firm,
- Excellent writing and oral English
- Computer Skill is highly essential
