Specification, Skill & Competency Requirement:
- An in-depth knowledge and understanding of systems and processes,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop & Server products;
- Knowledge of Server Management; Proficiency in system troubleshooting and networking;
- Proficiency in Help Desk Support;
- Proficiency in MS tools/ Software /System;
- Knowledge of database e.g. SQL, Training and teaching skills
