Structure City, a Nigerian based online platform, assembles proposed architectural designs of different kinds; ranging from residential buildings, commercial buildings, office complex, halls, Institutional buildings to landscaping of these various categories of building, from talented passionate architects and draftsmen and made available for potential clients.
It was established in June 2016 with the sole aim and vision to become the one-stop platform to give opportunities to talented architects/draftsmen to showcase their works to potential clients, to save clients the stress of searching for competent construction professionals and to enable clients from far and near to develop a property without necessarily been present.
We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:
Job Title: Architect
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- To oversee all architectural related issues
- To check/vet and seal all architectural drawings from junior architects.
- To reachout to external Architects to work with the company
- To direct the affairs of the company in line with law and objectives of the professional bodies; NIA, ARCON etc
Qualifications
- Msc minimum of 5years active experience
- Msc/PhD holder
- Must have NIA certification, must be an active member.
Requirements
- Must have NIA certification
- Must have NIA/ARCON stamp/seal
- Must be able to use AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD efficiently
- Age must be between 25-40years
- Must be active an member of NIA or ARCON
- Good leadership skill
- Must be influencial.
