Job Description
- Develop, implement and update personnel policies procedures; recruitment, hiring, orientation and training of Personnel; conduct periodic staff assessment, performance appraisal and reward; effective and efficient management of the company physical assets and people; retaining and motivating high quality staff; providing conducive and secure environment for personnel, customers and visitors.
Qualifications
- B.Sc/HND in Social Sciences
- Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in a manufacturing concern
- Good business skills and commercial awareness are big virtues
- The ability to motivate others, Deliver on time, in-budget, to-specification and contribute to Food Safety and Business Quality Management System Development are very important.
- Ability to share knowledge and good knowledge and enforcement of LEAN manufacturing process very essential.
- Not more than 35 years.
