Job description
Drive comprehensive Human Resources practices, policies and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that encourages and recognizes initiative, productivity, compliance, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. To also manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office, administer the human resources policies, procedures and programs and carry out and/or oversee responsibilities in the following areas:
- Implementation of the Company’s strategy as it relates to human capital management, work force development and related goals.
- Policy formulation, Development and Implementation
- Performance Management, Training and Development
- Organizational Development
- Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Employee Relations.
- Reward & recognition, including Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Recruitment, selection and employment
- Talent Management and Retention
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years generalist and/or specialist experience in developing and implementing Human Resources strategies to achieve diverse organizational goals. Must have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Good team player.
