The Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU), is a federal university of technology located in Bauchi, Northern Nigeria.

- Candidate for this position must be a holder of MBBS, BDS; and medically qualified and registered with MDCN.
- Must have published at least 3 Journal Articles in Peer Review Medical Journals
- Must have minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
- A minimum of three years as an Assistant Lecturer
