Job Title: Estate Manager
Location: Oria-Abraka, Delta
Responsibilities
- Responsible for its luxurious, Eco-friendly resort and bottling facilities, which are both situated in Oria-Abraka in Delta State
- Management and Supervision of the Resort and Bottling facility ‘Co-ordinate and Manage all activities of subordinates, contractors & suppliers and write reports in a timely manner
- Overall responsibility for the upkeep of the country club and bottling facility to a high standard
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Facilities or Estate Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences or Humanities.
- 2- 5 years hands-on experience in hospitality and hotel management
- Good Communication Skills; verbal and written
- Interpersonal Skills
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision
- Computer Literacy is mandatory
- Certification in hospitality/hotel management and/or beverages bottling will be an added advantage.
- In addition, a married couple may apply with the spouse having some experience also in any of the above-mentioned fields, and may be considered for a position at the resort or bottling facility.
