We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Job Descriptions
  • Ad details
  • Recruitment, training and managing retail direct sales associates.
  • Identifying and appointing corporate partners.
  • Negotiating with prospective customers and other parties.
  • Retention of customers and direct sales associates acquired.
  • Facilitating and training on sales processes and effective selling techniques.
  • Meeting sales targets/goals as per agreed terms.
  • Back office and operation support.
  • Overseeing reconciliation of transactions.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the company.
Responsibilities
  • Sell training to businesses and entrepreneurs
  • Sell advertising spaces for our print and online platforms
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven History of generating revenue.
  • At least 5 years work experience of which 2 must have been spent in a leadership sales role.
  • A 1st degree or H.N.D in any discipline.
  • 1st degree graduates with 3rd Class or pass.
  • Maximum of 36 years; minimum 26 years.
  • Excellent Marketing skill.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Good business acumen.
  • The ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Good planning and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure.
Minimum Qualification Requirements

  • High level of motivation to achieve personal goals and improve earning potential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
  • Time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
