Job Title: Call Center Agent
Location: Abuja
Job Type: Full Time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Function as an information source through telephonic assistance to Customers, providers, billing agencies, and various company/departmental staff.
- Provide pleasant customer experience through superior customer service methods, problem solving and real-time issue resolution.
- Interact with provider community and various departments to resolve issues involving the membership and credentialing status.
- Explain benefits, eligibility status, enrollment processing procedures and status of authorizations and referrals to callers.
- Answer calls professionally and respond to customer’s inquiries.
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Must possess minimum of second class in medical related discipline,
- Minimum 1-2 years post-NYSC experience.
- Experience in a similar work environment will be an added advantage.
Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Conversant with the HMO processes.
- Must also be good in Coordination, Listening and Scheduling.
- Must possess good administrative skills
- Problem solving skill.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
