Job Title: Social Media & Sales Travel Expert

Summary
- We are looking for a result-driven, confident and smart Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sale, B2B presentation with significant experience in generating and closing deals.
- This candidate should also be able to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users on social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Must be able to sell travel to Corporate Organizations, Groups & Institutional bodies.
- Demonstrate commitment to customers, provide unsurpassed service by understanding, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on our available product features
- Provide advice customers on visa, passport and security requirements relating to the destination and confirm the issuing details for each reservation.
- Actively generate leads and is able to follow up with leads with no supervision
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Cross sell products
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Suggest ways to improve sales
- Set up and optimize company pages on social media to increase the visibility of company’s social content
Key Qualifications
- B.Sc/BEd Degree required.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, Skype & other office tools
- Must possess excellent vocabulary/communication skills as well as detail oriented.
- Confident, Unassuming, and Charming
