Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging business stakeholders, capturing business demand, provisioning services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Specific Responsibilities
- Assist with managing relationships between the business and IT to ensure adequate interaction between the two areas
- Identify and capture business demand including analysis of business requirements
- Serve as the interface between IT projects and customers to ensure collaboration and coordination between all stakeholders
Qualifications
- This position is open to candidates with a minimum of 5 years post NYSC with 2 years of experience in Service Development or Operations, 3 years of experience in managing relationships with internal business customers.
- Professional certification will be an added advantage.
