The main factory/head office is located in Onitsha. Due to massive expansion currently going on in the company, they urgently require the services of:
Job Title: Beverage Sales Manager
Location: Benin, Edo
Requirements
Sales Manager-Benin must have sold alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages for a minimum of five years in an organized and a recognizable company in Benin markets and territory.
Apart from residing and having adequate knowledge of Benin local and corporate markets, the sales manager must also meet the following criteria:
- He/She must be skilled in managing people to achieve set goals and objectives.
- They fully understand beverage market dynamics as well as key dealers and outlets in Benin markets.
- Candidate can drive vehicles very well.
- Candidate understand the whole rudiments of sales process; prospecting, communicating values and benefits, handling objections, requesting for and interpreting a purchase order, after-sales service, relationship management and business development.
- Candidate understand market and competitive analysis.
- Candidate possess leadership, mentoring and communication skills as well as ability to process information and financial data and interpret it coherently.
- Candidate must be graduates.
- Candidate are very hardworking with lots of integrity.
Also, candidates for this position must meet the following parameters:
- They must be less than 35 years.
- They are ready to be interviewed in the factory headquarters in Onitsha within two weeks.
