Position Description
- To provide management support for all production activities at the refinery, supervise all production lines and provide training for the manufacturing personnel.
Job Responsibilities
- To provide management support for all production activities at the refinery, supervise all production lines and provide training for the manufacturing personnel.
- Ensuring effective management of production lines of all batching plant concurrently. Assuring good quality of concrete production.
- Liaising with consumer (concrete required by) for timely supply of concrete.
- Controlling & Monitoring overtime and enhancing efficient overhaul of batching plants.
- Adhering to Safety Norms and guidelines.
Desired Qualification/Preferred Competencies
- 10 years’ experience in Running Batching plants including All Aspects of Safety, Production & Maintenance. Civil/ Mechanical - Diploma / Degree Engineer.
