Olabim Events Limited is an Event, Entertainment and Hospitality Management and Consultancy Company incorporated in Nigeria under the Company and Allied Matters act 1990 with Rc. OG19553. Our Company came into existence to do “Relationship” alongside of doing “Business” in other to simplify and make transaction easier with the provision of excellent services to our clients using our team of young, creative, enthusiastic and dynamic professionals with a sparkling stream of ideas having vast knowledge and experience in the field of Event, Entertainment and Hospitality.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Lagos

Job Brief
  • Administrative staff is the one who performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to run the organization. She organizes and maintains paper and electronic files, deals with paperwork and office organization.
  • She answers phone calls, field questions in areas in which she has the expertise to speak and forwards other to the correct personnel.
  • An administrative staff writes and sends letters to persons working both in-house and out of the company.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Must reside within Isheri, Igando, Ikotun or Egbeda axes
  • Must be a Female
