Our client is constructing a hotel and fitness centre in Owerri, Imo State, the following personnel are needed to shore up the operations.

1.) Chef Engineer (Nigerian/Expatriate):
Requirements
Must have a minimum of B.Sc in their relevant fields with at least 15 years relevant experience, member of an International professional body, with ample understanding of Engineering Standard Code and Regulations, Provide input in project management, Participate in the modification of company work flow and technical standardization, Check key Engineering documents, proficient in computer applications.
2.) Engineers Mechanical /Electrical /Civil /Structural Engineers:
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc/HND in their relevant field with 5 years experience and above, member of a professional body, proficient in computer applications.
3.) Architect
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc/HND in their relevant field with minimum of 5 years experience and above, a member of the Nigeria Institute of Architects, Proficient in computer applications.

4.) Quantity Surveyor
Requirements
Must have a minimum of B.Sc/HND in their relevant field with a minimum of 5 years experience and above, member of a relevant professional body, proficient in computer applications.
5.) Land/ Topographic Surveyor:
Requirements
Must have a minimum of B.Sc/HND in their relevant field with a minimum of 5 years and above relevant experience, a member of a professional body, proficient in computer applications.
6.) Safety Officer
Requirements
Must be a qualified Safety coordinator and Supervisor with minimum of 5 years and above relevant experience, able to monitor and improve the safety of workers on site, prevent accidents, control occupational risks, minimizing operational loss on site, proficient in computer applications.
7.) Human Resource Manager
Requirements
B.Sc in Management or other related fields. Will be responsible for managing the organization work force, will organize training for staff and carry out staff assessment, with a minimum of 5 years and above working experience, proficient in computer applications
8.) Information Technology Manager
Requirements
B.Sc in computer science or other related fields, to provide IT support for the organization, maintenance and security of network, minimum of 5 years and above working experience
9.) Chief Security Officer
Requirements
Must have a minimum of ONDIHND/B.Sc in relevant field, strong written and Verbal communication skills, responsible for maintaining security processes across the organization to reduce riks, establish appropriate standards and risk control measures, minimum of 5 years and above working experience from a reputable organization, proficient in computer applications
10.) Secretary
Requirements
Must have a minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in relevant field, Proficient in computer applications, English language (both oral and written), courteous, able to follow instructions from management, at least 5 years and above working experience from a reputable organization, proficient in computer applications.
