Minimum Requirements
- Work experience in College/University environment
- Ability to multitask
- Above secondary school graduation and seven (7) years of experience in catering or related food service area, Degree, NCE or combination of experience and higher education or a diploma in a catering subject. (Health and safety or food hygiene qualifications are crucial)
- Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral format.
- Knowledge of food preparation, presentation and customer service
- Must not be above 45 years
