- The ideal candidate must have a Degree/HND in Agricultural Science, Marketing, Business Administration, IT or any other Social Sciences with minimum of 5 - 10 years experience in similar position.

- Effective managerial and leadership skills.
- Ability to negotiate and gain commitment.
