Job Title: Application Networks Architect

Responsibilities
The Application Networks Architect would have sole responsibility for Enterprise IP network design and planning for various services: Internet, APN, IL, etc. S/he would be required to develop, implement, monitor, support and analyse systems.
Other activities would include:
- Capacity planning-including licensing, patches and bandwidth management
- Providing high level technical support in the planning, coordination and implementation of releases, upgrades or changes to network infrastructure.
- Performing capacity planning, forecasting and workload.
- Evaluating vendor offers and making appropriate recommendations.
- Preparing technical specification, BoQ arid procurement documents as necessary
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements with respect to Enterprise networks.

Requirement
- BSc/B.Eng Computer Science/Computer Engineering.
- Professional certifications; CCNA and CCNP required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant, experience in supervisory position
- Experience working in large Enterprise Environments
- Experience with Cisco switching & routing (LANWAN)
- Vendor Management
- Juniper router/firewalls, Cisco wireless devices, Routing protocols
