Job Summary
- Our candidate will collaborate with department managers/Human resource managers/ hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
- You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.job boards etc.
- Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruitment Project Analyst is to ensure we attract and get the best employees as well as helping our client grow a strong talent pipeline.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency with basic productivity tools and software, e.g. MS Word, Excel.
- Strong organizational, analytical, quantitative, logic and reasoning skills.
- Ability to synthesize innovative ideas within project constraints.
- Previous experience, knowledge, or education in Human Resources, Communication or Psychology areas.
- Ability to stay organized and follow through with project deadlines.
- Strong willingness to learn, grow, and make a meaningful contribution to the company.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, executive)
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Career ready in taking up recruitment as a specialization
