Job Summary
Effectively co-ordinate day-to-day operations of Etisalat Experience Centres with the objective of ensuring and enhancing operational efficiencies and compliance with stipulated policies, processes and procedures
Principal Functions
- Develop and implement plans and strategies aimed at enhancing Experience Centre operations as well as enhancing operational efficiencies between Retail and other functional areas of the business
- Enhance, modify and update existing policies, processes and procedures to reflect current operational standards and practices
- Monitor, evaluate and analyze Experience Centre activities, performance and/ or operations with a view of making recommendations, plans or strategies to optimize Retail Management performance
- Review and prepare agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of Retail Management and Channel Managers
- Proffer recommendations on improvements on service delivery in the Experience Centres and ensure achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in all customer interactions
- Ensure all aspects of Experience Centre administration are carried out in line with the company s policies and procedures
- Act as primary resource for Regional and Experience Centre personnel on issues relating to Retail reporting procedures and policies
- Conduct periodic spot checks on Region and Experience Centre activities to ensure they are in line with standard operating policy guidelines
- Attend team meetings as required
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager-Retail Management
Educational Requirements
- First degree in relevant disciplines.
- Between three (3) and five (5) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience, preferably in a service environment.
