Job Title: Revenue Assurance Analyst
Division: Finance
Location: Lagos
Reporting To: Senior Revenue Assurance Analyst
Job Description:
- Assist in the identification of risks during product development.
- Conduct pre & post implementation test exercise on products.
- Assist in review of cost-benefit analysis (pre & post product launch).
- Assist in review of User Acceptance Tests and conduct risk assessment (Pre & Post launch ) for inter-carrier services.
- Conduct reconciliation of roaming revenue collection.
- Monitor roaming reconciliation between network operations and billing systems.
- Perform call testing on promotions, upgrades and system enhancements to ensure proper billing.
- Perform any revenue assurance related requests made by Senior Revenue Assurance Analyst/ Revenue Assurance Manager.
- Provide independent internal consultancy aimed at protecting the revenue streams relating to products and inter-carrier assurance.
- Analyse and report roaming activities and interconnect activities accurately.
Job Conditions: Normal MTNN working conditions. May be required to work extended hours. Willingness to travel at any time.
Requirement
- First degree in Computer Science or Accounting or any other relevant discipline
- Part qualification in any recognized professional accounting scheme (ICAN, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor is desirable
- 4 years work experience which includes:
- IT or system audit experience and data analysis experience.
- Professional experience in business process modeling and re-engineering.
- Professional experience in financial and/or operational auditing methodologies and tools.
- Experience in the telecommunication industry or any of the leading professional services firms is desirable
