We are currently recruiting for the Position of:
Job Title: Personal Assistant to Managing Director
Location: Lagos
The Role:
The successful candidate will be required to
- Handle the daily visitors appointment schedule in a professional manner ensuring that orderliness is maintained.
- Disseminate information when required.
- Liaise with the other PA’s as the task requires.
- Provide secretarial support such as word-processing documents, attending to all telephone enquiries.
- Taking minutes of meetings.
- Ensure the prompt replenishment of stationery stock.
- Attend to visitors in a professional manner ensuring that and refreshments provided.
- Liaise with passages department on ensuring that hotel reservations and booking of flights are made for trips.
- Liaise with Finance departments on payments that may be required for suppliers.
- Prepare official documents for the MD as required.
- Effectively managing Diary/ Calendar of the MD.
The Person: The Right candidate must
- Have B.Sc./HND Secretarial Admin /English
- Be Computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Have 3-5 years minimum working experience in a similar role
