Job Title: Secretary
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Secretariat Head, you will perform highly confidential administrative duties. These include typing, proof reading and distributing reports, correspondences and minutes.
- You will organise and maintain files of records and correspondence; create and generate reports/memos, and coordinate work assignments for clerical staff.
Requirements
- A Degree in Law/Secretarial Studies or Administration
- Must have a minimum of 5 years similar experience, 2 of which must be at supervisory level.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must have a good knowledge of word processing and presentation with excellent work ethics, organisational skills and interpersonal relations.
