Job Description
- Ensuring that all programs are going according to plan, regulations, safety standards and legal requirements.
- Building relationships with strategic partners and managing contract with partners and donors.
- Ensuring quality assurance within the organization and for the customer base and also implementing the program strategies.
- Coordination of the various teams and departments towards achieving program goals and targets
- Monitoring, evaluation, reporting, sharing, and developing program impact and lessons, concept notes and proposals, budgets and grant monitoring systems.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required from a reputable University
- 2- 5 Years working experience in related field
- Must have Project management certification
- Working experience in a non-profit will be an added advantage
- Must have the ability to communicate complex issues in a concise, accessible and engaging way and the capacity to conceptualize programme interventions
- Must be able to plan and deliver multiple activities under pressure to strict deadlines and with a high level of precision.
