Job Title: Computer Literate Receptionist

Job Descriptions
- The School Receptionist is the first point of call for visitors to the school, parents, staff and children.
- As the ‘face’ of the school the receptionist should be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the School in a professional and friendly manner. In addition, it is essential that the person for this role is organized, able to multitask, work flexibly and have a positive approach to work.
Requirements
- Candidates are expected to have up to date computer skills in all Microsoft programs,Graphics etc. and very effective record keeping abilities.
- Candidate should be very fluent in spoken English language and basic knowledge of other languages will be advantageous.
- Must possess sharp intellect and be one who can take proper initiative.
