We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:
Job Title: Legal & Admin Manager
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Company secretarial responsibilities for CCA, Funds under management and portfolio companies as required
- Serve as senior compliance and regulatory officer for CCA, Funds under management and portfolio companies as required
- Provide internal legal advice to CCA, portfolio companies and the CCA deal team on transactions, and liaise with external counsel as needed on transactions
- Investor relations role, managing interactions with Fund advisers, intermediaries and investors as needed
- Administrative responsibilities coordinating all other support services and activities as needed for the smooth operations of the firm
Requirements
Indicative Profile:
- LLB degree in Law from a recognized university
- Must be a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and other relevant professional bodies
- 3 - 6 years working experience post call to bar
- Must have a good knowledge of the workings of the Corporate Affairs Commission, the Nigeria Stock Exchange, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulatory bodies
- Capital market experience is an advantage
