Requirements
- The candidates must be a female.
- University degree, while a Master's degree or more advanced qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Stature within the women’s movement, with credible knowledge of ecumenical and international organization.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years significant experience working with an NGO, faith based organization and the private sector at management level with human rights advocacy being a big plus.
- Knowledge of how to run a not-for-profit business, manage personnel and finances, enable strategic planning.
- Competence in the use of computer packages, internet and other relevant, Media packages.
- Ability to write successful projects and having good understanding and proven skills of project management and fund raising.
