Job Title: Specialist Retail Shop Rollout

Location: Lagos,NG

Job Summary
Implement approved design guidelines and standards to ensure presentation and functionality of Etisalat Experience Centres are of the highest possible standards and maintain desired look and feel

Principal Functions
  • Manage the maintenance framework regime for Etisalat Experience Centres to ensure that vendors effect preventive and corrective measures on branded fittings according to established SLAs and in order to achieve clean street appeal and 100% shop operationalization
  • Prepare all project schedules required for implementation of the maintenance regime and liaise with relevant stakeholders to execute plan
  • Prepare and manage maintenance history database of all Experience Centre fittings and fixtures and proffer advice on replacement timelines for irreparable branded fixtures
  • Initiate and implement Experience Centre maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Monitor and keep maintenance and repair costs on track and in line with budgetary provisions
  • Liaise with key functional areas such as Procurement, Operational Support, and Security/ Health and Safety to ensure alignment in support of maintenance and functionality of all Experience Centres
  • Prepare regular Experience Centre maintenance reports
  • Conduct regular regional visits as needed to assess functionality of Experience Centres
  • Monitor and ensure timely renewal of Experience Centre leases
  • Support Experience Centre rollout efforts and manage fit-out value stream

Educational Requirements
  • First degree or equivalent in Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any other relevant field(s)
  • Evidence of professional project management training/ certification mandatory
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications, e.g M.Sc, MBA, etc, and membership of relevant professional associations/ bodies will be added advantages

Experience, Skills & Competencies
  • At least 4 years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience in project management and end-to-end execution of retail store rollout with emphasis on fit-outs
  • Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate technical competencies in the following areas:
  • Working knowledge of construction management, facilities management and merchandising/ visual/ window displays
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Solid knowledge of standard building and health and safety codes
  • Good time management and prioritizing skills
  • Good understanding and knowledge of current industry trends in retail store design
  • Good knowledge of architectural details and specifications for construction document production
