Responsibilities
The candidate must be able to enhance competitive performance of the company's brands and ensure optimal market acceptability through product promotion, implementation of sound market penetration and growth plans as well as development of new customers and customer retention strategies. He/she must know how to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to enhance the performance of company's brands, product profitability and improve retum on spend. Candidate must be ready to take responsibility to maximize sales and profits in a manner consistent with management expectations.
Background:
- First Degree in any discipline.
- Possession of a Masters Degree is an advantage.
- Candidate must have worked in a beverages environment for about 5 years in sales management position.
