Job Title: Brand Ambassor

Job Description
  • The Brand Ambassador's role is design and created to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and market penetration, within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products to customers.
Responsibilities
  • Interacts with customers and sales prospects.
  • Managing the onboarding of application users.
  • Promoting company ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arranging modifications and resolving any problems arising.
  • Provides customer feedback regarding the brand to sales supervisors.
  • Performs other marketing duties relevant to promoting the brand.
  • Shares ideas with supervisors regarding new ways to market the brand.
  • Generates public interest in the brand.
  • implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Answering any technical questions, the client might have.
  • Presenting findings to the technical team to act on.
  • Answering any technical questions, the client might have.
  • Maintains a customer database and makes regular contacts.
Qualifications

Required Skills:
  • Must be outgoing, energetic and able to work with the public.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Sales experience is necessary.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend sales reports.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have the ability to work well with others to accomplish team goals.
