- Minimum HND/B.Sc in any Management Studies, Hotel Management or Humanities.
- Matured candidate with minimum of 3 years work experience as Restaurant Supervisor or an F&B Manager.

- Candidate with lower qualification but acquired over 10 years experience can also apply.
