Job Title: Experienced Plumber
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Plumbing work on a range of domestic & commercial hot and cold water systems
- Non gas work on a range of domestic central heating and hot water systems (typically powerflushing, drain downs, cylinder work etc
- Other non gas activities, such as installation & replacement of plumbing and water carrying components and systems within domestic & commercial premises
- Fulfilling all plumbing and drainage jobs to the required standards and the customer’s reasonable expectations. You will also ensure that jobs are completed in line with Health and Safety policy and guidelines at all times.
- Advise the customer on the work you have carried out demonstrating any changes or differences they may find whilst giving recommendations for solving any potential future reoccurrence
The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience across a broad range of systems
- Possess numerical skills
- Be able to demonstrate technical knowledge and competency with regard to plumbing and drainage with little or no supervision and under deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings
- Be committed and self-motivated, with very good organizational skills
- Good working knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations
- Commercial know how: managing for value
- Possess exceptional problem solving skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a certification from a reputable technical school
- Candidates must possess a City and Guilds certification
- Possess 1-3 years working experience
