Job Objectives
Provide technical support for all web related applications as stated in the contract.
Responsibilities
- To provide support for all web/intranet services.
- 1st level vessel performance management system (VPMS) support
- Other adhoc duties as may be assigned.
Position and Qualification Requirement
- Must have B.SC/HND in Engineering or Computer Science
- 2 years minimum experience in core web administration, support & Development
- Must have ITIL version 3 certification.
Skills and Competences
- Must be safety conscious, confident and articulate.
- Must be customer responsive and creative.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in use of Micro Soft office suite.
- Ability to learn new things.
- Team Player.
