Requirements
- Minimum 15 years in contracts engineering / administration/materials management required, 20 years+ preferred
- Minimum 7 years experience in project leadership required
- Broad understanding of project execution and contracting principles, theories and concepts
- Expert in contractor negotiations, contractor management and contract administration.
