Job Title: Client Service Manager

Overall Function
You shall be expected to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Lead client meetings, including presentation of new creative work, strategic POVs, and analytical reports.
- Facilitate resolution of any issues on client work.
- Assess opportunities and competitive activities for clients.
- Implement industry best practices and share digital trends with clients.
- Responsible for developing client relationship and closing the ‘sale’.
- Write briefs with detailed functionality specifications.
- Manage project costs, budgets and client expectations.
- Anticipate and make recommendations for client needs.
- Work with the creative team to bring ideas into the mix, offer suggestions, research and constantly learn new technology.
Job Requirements
A suitable candidate must:
- Have a minimum of B.Sc or HND in any related field
- Have significant experience in a brand and advertising agency
- Have excellent communication skills (both writing and oral)
- Have passion for client satisfaction
- Be innovative and creative
- Be goal oriented
