Job Title: Facility & Internal Services Officer
Location: Ogun
Job Description
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school’s facilities in accordance with its set policy/guidance and in compliance with appropriate legislation.
- The school’s facilities comprises of its boarding / academic / sporting / staff housing facilities.
- Role must ensure the facilities are ready for use at all times and adequately secured.
Qualification, Skills and Experience
- A Good Degree or equivalent
- Certification in Facilities Management with 3 years Post Qualification Experience (part-qualified with solid experience will be considered)
- Experience in Facilities Management and site operations (property and equipment) in a multi-national will be an advantage
- Experience in facilities management systems (e.g. FM Systems, SAP, Onserve, Oracle, etc.)
- Ready to relocate to Ogun State
- Age: 32years - 38years
