Job Title: GM Operations (Expatriate)
Job Description:
- Management of operations and revenue with relationship management with clients to achieve the planned revenue targets
- Provides day-to-day operational direction, strategic guidance, supervision for all business processes by linking the operations, strategy and vision of the company.
- Deliver financial performance and coordinate regulatory compliance and monitor expenditure against budget.
- Develop new business opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- First Degree in Civil/Building/Electrical/Estate Management and a Higher Degree in Business or Management
- 8 - 10 years Post Qualification experience with a Grade ‘A’ construction/Property Management Company.
