Job Description
- We are looking for a Hotel Supervisor to supervise the daily operational duties.
Responsibilities
- To check Rooms post cleaning.
- To Cover for Reception when required
- To Reconcile POS transactions on a daily basis
- To Take care of important errands as directed by MD
- To Liaise with Customers & Ensure we are giving the best possible level of service
- To take charge of major projects as directed by MD
- To prepare payroll information
- Other adhoc reports as directed by MD
Education/Experience
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND
- Experience in communication and public related field is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and at least one of the main local languages
