Roles and responsibilities
Sort patients case notes
- Register patients for the purpose of attending the clinic
- Generate records of patients that attend stand by hospitals
- Compile weekly, monthly and annual statistics for the purpose of planning
- Carry out any other duty as may be assigned by the Head, Medical Records.,Nigeria
Requirement
- A good HND or its equivalent in Medical Records on Health Information from a recognized institution.
- An additional qualification in any relevant medical record profession would be an added advant
- A minimum of 3 working experience
