Job Title: General Manager, Construction Operations

Location: Any City, Nigeria
Role Overview
- The General Manager will be primarily responsible for planning, developing, and directing all activities through defining the strategic objectives and cascading these to the business plans, and ensuring flawless execution of Projects.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years cognate experience, with relevant experience in Construction, Civil Engineering or Infrastructure Development Sector
- Minimum of 5 years experience in GM role.
- Membership of relevant professional certifications is required
- Oversee forecasting activities and manage project scope and changes meticulously to avoid going over budget.
- Possess an understanding of the costs for unplanned constriction worlc or resource. Work closely with the Site and Project Managers to ensure work done is within the budget.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities of projects.
