Roles and responsibilities
  • Overall accountability of group HR function with specific focus on aligning HR with business strategy, developing portfolio strategy, setting operational direction, reviewing and evaluating operating mechanisms, etc.
  • Controlling manpower cost at group level.
  • Participating in management meets and discussion on business strategy and aligning HR function with business strategies.
  • Preparing blueprint on role of HR department in achieving objectives along with needs and challenges as well and present to management for further discussion.
  • Designing required Human Resource competency matrix meeting strategic business needs.
  • Providing strategic inputs to devise and modify HR policies and processes in line with Organizational requirements.
  • Reviewing HR policies, processes, procedures and evaluating its effectiveness.
  • Representing the Organization in Inter-Company forums, seminars, discussions, etc.,Nigeria

Skill set
  • Excellent leadership skills. Capable of leading team including Managers and staff employees.
  • Functional expertise, decision making, planning and execution, stress management and analytical skills.

Requirement
  • A minimum of 15 working experience
  • Highest qualification: Master's Degree
