Job Title: Micro Trainee Loan Officer

Main Responsibilities
- Sourcing for new clients via direct marketing
- Evaluation of loan applications and preparation of loan proposals
- Monitoring of disbursed loans and loans in arrears
- Pro-active recovery of loans in overdue
- Assuring long term relationship through high client satisfaction, reaching a high ration of revolving clients
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of B.Sc./HND
- Basic knowledge of Financial mathematics & Accounting
- Detailed and target oriented
- Dynamic and motivated individuals who like to work outdoor
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to disburse small and medium sized loans to MICRO BUSINESSES
