Job Title: Customer Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Purpose
- Role is designed to execute sales strategy by ensuring effective customer relationship management, drive sales volume and manage effective collection strategies in assigned territories
- Specific duties include but not limited to
- Responsible to the Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager for the implementation of company’s sales objectives in the region.
- Responsible for effective distribution of Company’s products in assigned territory.
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager in the preparation of the regional sales plan.
- Develop the existing and future key distributors in assigned territory.
- Monitor trade relations between, key distributors, non-key distributors, and sub-dealers.
- Develop and manage existing and potential institutional outlets and organizations in assigned territory.
- Compile and complete reconciliation of all customers’ accounts issues regularly.
- Report all sales and collection figures daily, weekly and monthly.
- Ensure continuous retention of key accounts and addition of new accounts.
- Constantly monitor market trend with a view to maintaining and increasing Company’s share of the market in assigned territory.
- Collate and report on competitive activities in assigned territory.
- Responsible for recommending and coordinating in-store specific promotions.
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager in the management and coordination of regional trade shows and events.
- Ensure effective implementation of distributors’ outlets visibility in the assigned territory
Educational Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree or Equivalent
- Should have 4 years work experience. 1 year at Management Level.
- Good experience in sales, particularly in Industrial Products and Consumer Durable.
- Sales experience in Foam Industry an advantage.
- Practical sales field experience required
