A foremost indigenous company operating in the food, beverage and tobacco sector in the Nigerian economy is seeking  to fill:

 Job Tittle: Customer Service Manager(REf: HR/ADM/csm/002)

Key Responsibilities:
The appointee will amongst other things be responsible for:
  • Develop and maintain a readily available and up-to-date customer database.
  •   Handle customer complaints and keep accurate up-to-date records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
  • Visiting customers to provide a one-to-one service delivery.
  • Develop, build and maintain a strong bonding relationship from customers to company products.

Qualifications:
The Suitable candidate must possess:
  • HND or B.Sc in Social Sciences, MBA will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 7 years experience (in managerial position) in FMCG and not more than 40 years.
  • Good leadership and motivational skill
  • Interpersonal skills and result oriented
  • Must be computer literate. with a valid drivers' license.
