Job Tittle: Customer Service Manager(REf: HR/ADM/csm/002)
Key Responsibilities:
The appointee will amongst other things be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain a readily available and up-to-date customer database.
- Handle customer complaints and keep accurate up-to-date records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Visiting customers to provide a one-to-one service delivery.
- Develop, build and maintain a strong bonding relationship from customers to company products.
Qualifications:
The Suitable candidate must possess:
- HND or B.Sc in Social Sciences, MBA will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 7 years experience (in managerial position) in FMCG and not more than 40 years.
- Good leadership and motivational skill
- Interpersonal skills and result oriented
- Must be computer literate. with a valid drivers' license.
