Job Position: VSM Co-ordinator
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize, control and co-ordinate all on-brewery van sales activities, especially sales
- Prepare daily, monthly and annual sales analysis and feedbacks
- Monitor sales trends and evaluate the performance of each member of the Van Sales team against set goals
- Provide sales and administrative support involving handling of top and confidential agreements
- Coordinate sales activities for the VSMs
- Manage the VSMs towards higher productivity and performance
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in a business related discipline
- 3-5 years hands on experience in a reputable organization, preferably in FMCG environment
- Must be between 25 and 35 years of age
- Possession of a valid driving license is compulsory
- Computer literacy is compulsory
