SABmiller Plc has built an over 100million dollars beer brewery at Onitsha, it represents the highest foreign direct investment in Nigeria in recent times. And the brewery is about to start production.

Job Title: Packaging Team Leader (4 Required)
Location: Rivers
Responsibilities
- The Packaging Team Leader reports to the Packaging Manager: Pabod Breweries.
- Lead production team to achieve target
- Provide guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the production team
- Implement shift production plans
- Support team to improve process quality and productivity
- Facilitate and promote teamwork
- Prepare accurate production reports
- Create safe environment for his/her team to perform
- Manage people
Requirements
- Good knowledge of best practices in Manufacturing
- Problem solving
- Familiarity with maintenance systems
- Analytical and evaluative skills
- Good people management skills
- Qualified Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of modern Asset Care principles
- Sound technical background with strong long term planning skills
